How the order process works:

• You tell me what style of bag and colours you would like.

• I give you an approximate quote on cost (it can vary due to fabrics used.)

• I order in the fabrics and send you a photo to check you are happy with what I’ve found.

• I confirm the final price, and check that you are happy with it.

• I make the item and then send you some photos to check that you are happy with the finished item.

• I then take your email address and postal address, and email you a PayPal email (which you can pay with or without a PayPal account)

• Once paid I will then despatch it to you

• Finally you get to show off your one-of-a-kind bag, made just for you!

All custom made orders are made by me, by hand so allow around 3 – 4 weeks from ordering to despatching.  If you need the item sooner, please let me know, whilst I can’t promise anything, I will do my best to meet your deadline!
